i am a silient reader of this group n writing for the first time i have a few questions:
i had my nikkah n mhndi in nov 2009 n my husband applied for my immigration in august 2010
my nikkah was a big funtion having more then 200 people n on mehndi there were almost 150 guests
we did not had rukhsati or reception becox my whole in laws family lives in canada
on my nikkah my inlaws were here too including my parents iin law two sister in laws n their kids there were other relatives from groom side as well
my husband stayed here after the nikkah for two weeks in which we attended some family dinners some picnics etc
it was an arrange marriage where the proposal was done telephonically although we r first cousins
after he went back to canada there is not even a single day that we didnt talked to each other
when we subbmitted my application at Mississauga we attached some nikkah n mhndi pictures in which both of our parents n other close family members were n some of our dinners n other pics receipts of gifts he send me before ans after nikkah the western union slips our nikkah invitation card
he got his own bsiness started in dec2010 so then he got so very busy n thats y he couldnt come to visit me
now i need advice regarding that can i get an marriage not genuine objection??
i havnt received my re medicall yet nor have sent anything voluntarily bcoz i thought to send thm wd my remedicall

Sis, I believe, without ruksati you will be in trouble (same happened with me too, we had a big Nikah function but my wife still got the objection/marriage not genuine letter and they gave us 45 days to get ruksati done).
One thing that you can do is (this may/ may not help but do it ASAP and before getting objection/marriage not genuine letter):
Make some affidavits (legal papers), signed by your close relatives/family friends (make sure each affidavit should be attested by some legal authority of your city as-well); the person who will be making the affidavit, he should be writing on affidavit that he witnessed/attended the Nikkah ceremony plus he knows the family for this number/xx of years (make sure he was there in Nikkah - and you should/must have proofs in form of pictures).
Send them those affidavits along with some more recent proofs that you can collect (e.g. moneygram receipts, cards, phone bills, emails, letters, etc,etc... ); before going for my advice, you can consult some lawyer too and discuss it with him as-well!
