I think you already got some request letters in feb 2011 right..i remember they were for the imm forms. or is it some new request letter that they have sent out.. well good luck

This letter was the request letter for updated PCC and IMM forms + supp form. Nothing was lost in the mail, we received the letter and sent everything in march and this is the reply I received today when I sent them an email to ask for her status.

Wes bhai, I am APRIL 2010 AOR after yours and I had received the RE-PCC and other forms request in FEB 2011.
My husband send all the forms back MAR 2, 2011 and now waiting for our RE-MED our MED expired DEC 2010.
I got the same email reply from ISB CHC as yours word for word LOL ... all generic BS!!
When you get your RE-MED I will get mines soon after INSHALLAH, please let me know when you get yours so I can prepare for some good news too! Take care

Drkhan ... Are you sure your cousins AOR is SEPTEMBER 2010???? I think it was 2009 because it is IMPOSSIBLE for Islamabad to jump from MARCH / APRIL 2010 files to SEPTEMBER 2010 ... If that is the case then I will contact Immigration and give them a piece of my mind and maybe get a lawyer involved ... I was told by Jason Kenneys office that ISB handles each case in priority of receipt (first come first serve).

PLEASE PLEASE koi assist kere, maine Mobilink walon ko bohut phone kiye but they are of no help.
I hope someone may be able to hook me up with a contact or way to get hold of the call logs.
