CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

Do they send these forms to everyone? Or do they send it if the forms weren't sent the first time ? OR do they send it randomly just to delay the process ? LOL

I would say to delay the process because I remember sending the same forms with my initial application with all the family memebrs pictures but they asked for the same forms again for no reason

re medical 6 jan 2011
re medical + all the required docs+ pcc sent on 17 feb 2011
my husband recieved telephone call from chc isb asking for imm forms and asking about my where abouts on 5 april 2011
imm forms sent on 8 april 2011

my question is that when they r going to send my husband his ppr.

They have proposed a new law for spouses immigration which can be in effect when the new government takes over...

US, UK & Australia have been following the same rule...

Really ?? You sent the pictures for all family members? You are sponsoring just your wife .. right ?

yeah just my wife but of the form with family tree, there is information required for family members (parents and siblings only of the person being sponsored) some people don't fill that part out but this is the 4th case from my own family and we always submitted that form so we did the same here.

Oh okay.. I did put down the names and information of my wife's family members but in the non-accompanying family members section. I did not send their pictures at all.. I hope i didn't screw up .. lol

No you didn't screw up you don't need to send their pictures it's not needed unless they will be accompanying your spouse.
They ask for these forms only for those who have gone over the 12 month mark and background check is still being done..most people are getting them but it's not asked from everyone it's just to update their records to make sure all the info is still the same since some time has passed since filling them out the first time.

I did the same thing but with pictures, don't worry thats not too important. I think its only relavent if you or your spouse will ever sponsor your spouse's parents or siblings below 18 years of age.

Medical office send them themselves for Re-Medicals.

He is well allhumdulillah especially since we got some good news recently. He called them today and they said his results are fine and they will send them to the embassy who will forward them to New Delhi. InshAllah hope they get the results to the embassy fast I want PPR now.
