I have a question Regarding laid off and Maternity leaves ...............If some one get laid off from work due to shortage of Job and main while she is 4 months pregnant can she collect maternity too after her baby born or not ???

Yes you do get maternity leave even if you are laid off. Sometimes you can even get it if you quit yourself but it depends on their discretion.

I got some good news today, Wife received Citizenship card for our daughter, process took 10months. Allhumudllah, at least one less thing to worry about. Now just waiting and praying for PPR for wife.
