nope.. in my opinion, as you are AUg 2010 AOR, they will try to wrap up your case before this year ends Inshallah.. so don't be so pessimistic, hope for the best and if they get satisfied with your evidence (plus write a cover letter explaining your situation, like how you sent your walima stuff earlier but it didn't get delivered to them and so on), then you should be getting the PPR soon.. Next month or so at the very latest!!

My timeline is below:

Applied CPC-Mississauga: 2nd Aug 2010
Approved : 2nd Sept 2010
Emailed CHC - ISL : Dec 2010 -> They said we sent your AOR in OCT with suppl form and still waiting for it so then i got my file #
Send Suppl form : Jan 2011
Rukhsati, valima and honeymoon : Jan - feb 2011
Sent All Docs and Pix : March 2011
Got objection letter , Re-PCC, Re-Immi forms with 45 days deadline Dated 5th sept 2011 : Received 9th Sept 2011
Re-Med Letter : 13th Sept 2011
Re-med done : 20th Sept

Now, we are finalizing our response for the objection letter and will send INSH-A-ALLAH by Monday 3rd Oct 2011.


Then i think it will take another 8-10 months more.. from this point and onwards....

you can do first medical without embassy request ..........re-medical can only be done once requested by embassy so they give you a letter to take to Doctor for re-medical without that the doctor wont do any second or re-medical

ecase address disappeard on Aug 29th and came back on Sep 22nd [email response said file is in Q to be reviewd by Immigration officer]. Assumed review done so address came back on Sep 22nd.

Ecase address disappeard again since Sep 27th [email response said file is in Q to be reviewd by Decision making officer] in mean time refused to provide CAIPS after 30 days and requested 60 days with a letter saying "Consultation is required".

What is the difference between "Review by Immigration officer" and "Review by Decision making officer"

I still dont understand what consultation they need on CAIPS ......... as we know they issue CAIPS no matter how incomplete those are ...... may be they (CHC-ISB) have put some conflicting remarks on your case such as relationship genuine and then not genuine and then genuine again type of thing and they dont wanna issue those to you since you can challenge their lack of judgement and CAIPS is a LEGAL RECORD of you file. I really think that there is some CONFLICTING info on your file which they dont want YOU to see

Yes I did order CAIPS which were due on Sep 20th but received a letter yesterday from them they need 60 days extention for consultations before they release the CAIPS.

In statistics two most term used called "Population" and "Sample". So out of population my file choosen as a sample to test if all the acts and regulations are comply by CHC or not in their daily procedure. So I have to admit they are applying all the possible criteria's on my file where as I am just an extra ordinary innocent citizen of Canada. Hehehe
