Dear alpha1980, thnx for your quick respond. but in afg if you do re-pcc or re-medical they dont give you the paper, they just send it through their office and they only give u a confirmation number that we send.that is it that is all..nothing else. i wish if they would give the paper so we could send or fax by ourselves. it is against the law if they hand in the pcc to the applicant.

Waoeee... Sis i wish i can help u on that but its totally diffrent system from Pakistan. Why dont u forward that confirmation # to CHC.

First time when you did it from Ottawa, did they also send it themselves or gave you a certificate to send it to the embassy? The confirmation number you are talking about is it a courier's tracking number or their office confirmation? If its a courier tracking number check it online, it might not show it now since its been so long but next time ask them for a courier tracking number they send it via so you have some proof at the end to show the embassy that the requested documents were sent and received.

Hello everyone, hope u all doing good in this month. I need help from people who may know the answer or for those people who are sponsoring their husbands from Afghanistan. As most of u know that my husband did the re-medical and re-pcc in january and we send all the info to islamabad, but in march he got a phone call saying we havenot received ur re-pcc plese send us again..so he send it again. after that they were silent and when ever i was sending e-mails it was in queue to be reviewed by immigration this and that...but last nite i send another e-mail and got a reply this morning that "your file in in queue to be reviviewed and we are still waiting for the re-pcc" i was shocked to read that..are u kidding me..it has been more than 6 months and still u didn't boder to contact me/ e-mail me for re-sending the pcc. I have no idea what is going on there and this is gona be 3rd time sending the pcc again. i am sick of it. this is the way they are wasting our time with out notifying us what is missing this and that. so anyways, i have a question for those sisters who are sponsoring their husband from afg. so for the 2nd re-pcc are u doing it from afghanistan or we have to do it through here. becoz the 1st time it was done through ottawa and second time afg, so i have no idea how other people are doing this. so i am so lost dont know what to do. and if i send e-mail they dont respond me properly. oh yah, also when i traveled 2 moths ago i did not infrom islamabad and didnot send any proof, becoz last year when i send some documents they never received it. do u guys think if i can send my bording pass, e-tickets,and some other doucments through e-mail so they would get them. please guys help me, and also if it is possible plz remember me in ur prayers...........i would apriciate that..i will wait for the responses..

Wow, thats very unusual! Well seems like either you are sending those documents at the wrong address or they are not getting out of Afghanistan. NOrmally from Pakistan, we send it via TCS or FedEx and they get there the next day. What I would suggest you do is, if its easier to get it done in Ottawa, do it from there and courier it, so that way you will have a tracking number and a proof of documents received at the embassy, also include all the proofs you mentioned to be on a safe side for extra support. How did you send the documents in the past?

normally when my husband send any other documents from afg they always received it. but this time it is a different situation..

Siskhan82 did some attachment to CHC and they confirm that they got it. I guess you can go ahead and attached all those to CHC.

You can may be send a few page documents, tracking information a few things here and there. I wouldn't attach 50 pages of phone history to an email, they would just ignore it so its better to mail those out.

I remember when my husband did his police check..after giving it to the ministry of foreign affairs in kabul, I had to pick it up FROM HERE, in toronto through the afghanistan embassy. Then I had to send it to islamabad. Perhaps thats where the miscommunication is...you have to pick it up from the afghanistan embassy here and then send it to islamabad...

After 19 odd months I got information from MP secretary that my wife will get interview call in CHC Islamabad within next couple of months. Can anyone tell how it proceed after interview, assuming if it goes successful. I hope it wouldn't be another 20 months..... who knows.

I am shocked !!! your's is a wife case and its 19 months ? was it only Nikah ? are you guys related somehow like first cousins ? what factors do u think are un-usual in your case ?

My wife's was a simple, straight forward case with full wedding, with no travel or work history, lived at one place since birth and yet it took 19 months. It varies case to case bro, there is no set time limits.
