Its always better to send rePCC voluntraily, so your file gets updated. Since you are July AOR, they might have opened your file already and they might be in a process of requesting RePCC and IMM forms from you. As its been 11 months since your file was transferred to Islamabad, you can now send RePCC voluntarily. But be prepared for rePCC request along with IMM forms, then you would have to get another RePCC and send it with the IMM forms and it doesn't matter if you have sent the previous one a month ago.

It depends on a couple of factors:

1) Did you change jobs, moved, went out of country, etc since your application was filed?
2) Was your case straight forward i.e. full wedding, lots of supporting docs, no red flags etc?

Usually if you didn't do much since the application was filed, not many updates on the IMM forms that you sent, then it won't take too much time. If that is the case, you will get your Re-med with your PPR InshAllah

They dont go through the documents sent to them voluntary, they dont have time for that. They just review the documents they have requested.

There is a difference between an "objection letter" and a "rejection letter". Can you explain in details exactly what you got. Did you receive an objection letter that the marriage is not genuine and you have been asked to provide more supporting documents for your case or did you receive a rejection letter with instructions on how to file an apeal?
