Did you apply for an urgent passport for your daughter? Normally it takes around 19 months for the citizenship application to complete and then we can apply for the passport. I'm pretty much in the same boat; I applied for my daughter's citizenship in Dec '10, but there hasn't been a response from them other than the file number. Please advise.

You dont have to wait for the Citizenship Certificate , you can apply now for a limited validity Passport by giving them a reference of her citizenship application .
