Do u think they will accept my marriage, since i was 15 when i got married?

Hi Rackeya sister. Yes they will accept your marriage, but it may take a bit longer for them to proceed your application and also please make sure you send them phn bill or any other proof very often which shows you are serious and happy with your relation as they may think that marriage at age 15 could be a forced marriage without your consent and razamandi.

I apologizes in advance by saying above, but sister last year there was an article published in news paper. Richard Kurk a famous immigration lawyers conduct a documentry interview with CHC on the procedure and problems they are facing.Beside many reasons CHC said; Polygammy,forced marriages,first cousons marriage and under age marriages are very common with them and they need extra time to review and validate all the information.

Thanx much wasme. Actually its been more than 2 months since my medical and i have not heard anything back from them, so it was thinking that if they were legally bound to reply, I might hear from them in the coming days

Its on the way u ll receive it soon inshallah be happy same thing happened to my wife case as well we did the remed on 9th May and we got the PPR on 1st June ....so dontworry inshallah u will hear something soon cheers

hello all dear bro and sis.. do u guys think CHC-ISB read our blogs.... one of my relative went to embassy otlast week to sign a forum of his new born baby and 2 officers were playing chess .. i guess they should not play chess and should work on our files. i guess i have to give them check mate....

See told you guys. What a wonderfull game that would be in AC room. I am glad your cousin only saw playing them Chess game, wo snooker table room ka lable nahi read kya. Also he didnt notice Cuban Cigar in their draws. All these things are allowed to keep them motivated. Alone jo marzi karte rahe atleast when an applicant enter their office kuch tu haya kr le.

Next time when I will write an email I will advice them stop playing chess in the office and better do some thing good.

Veeray Its all depend case to case. I had received re-medical 3 weeks before the exipry date and after 8 months of ecase date. However my brother-in-law medical & PCC has been expired in Nov 2010, sofar no such request and its been 15 months from ecase & AOR date.
