No you dont need to give IELTS again if you have already submitted,

I gave a you general document update list as many applicant didnt appear in IELTS, so if this is the case then appear in IELTS now, or if you already submitted then no need to apeear agai, just update rest docs.

gosho it means my case would definite be transfered over there. I only have my PA in may 2010. iam a fast track applicant of 2009. but my ecase still shows my case is at islamabad. now either my case still at islamabad or it has been shifted but ecase not updated.

Dear if you did'nt got your medicals then your security clearance has not started yet. wait another 15 days then check your status

reply....

2) How can we know that our background checks have been completed and medicals are on their way..........
Does online status change?
do they email us about it?

As a matter of principle, after submission of medical certificates the cases may be disposed of with in two months. But our cases even after submission of medical are in pending for the last eight months, which is very appalling for us.

You are requested to contact CHC Islamabad to timely address our grievances. Besides in case of expiry of our medical certificates CHC may also be asked to accept our cases and not to ask us for re-medical because it requires lot of time and energy.

As a matter of fact, we submitted our medicals and other requirements in due course of time in CHC. If there is very slow process in CHC Islamabad, we deem that there is no fault on our part if our medical reaches at expiry dates. It is hoped that necessary action would be taken accordingly. Our cases will be finalized before expiry date of our medical certificates. Now is the time that all of us whose medical are expiring in near future should gather and coordinate with each other and should draft a letter with the help of a lawyer or a competent person on this forum and send it to Minister Kenny as well as the Primer Minister explaining them our situation and the pain that we are feeling due to the bad administration of CHC Islamabad. .

We should request Minister Kenny to instruct the embassy to give applicants a single deadline when they are able to start processing our cases.

Secondly, passport request should be made to these applicants without asking for re-medical as the delay in the process is not due to our fault and the repeat medical will delay our cases by not less than 6 months which is not fair.

Thirdly, our cases are already well above the timeline as mentioned by minister on CIC website for fast track applicants as it is not fair that we should be delayed due to thier administration problems.

Please tell do we need to attest the education certificates to send for CAN immigration update, and from where to attest the educational certificates?? also do we need to attest the other documents as well like, passport , experience letters etc?
