Hi All
my question that my wife is canadianCitizen and I am Pakistani national we are living in south Korea and i am on her visa right now, she have working visa in south Korea and i have spouse visa of south korea i want to know that if we submit my PR case here in South Korea after my one year visa of south Korea as i am not Korean man and after submitting my application can we move to other country like UAE or Saudi Arabia if we found good job opportunity there so in this case CIC will change my PR process time because from here in Seoul Korea office processing time is 10 months but from UAE or Saudi Arabia have 22 months so CIC will follow 22 months or 10 months as i would already be in Korea for 10 months.
i know this is hard question but here member are very good so i hope i will get correct info.

thanks

The answer is actually pretty straight forward. Even if you change countries, your file will continue to be processed by the visa office that originally received your application. So if you select South Korea as your visa office then South Korea will continue to be your visa office even after you move. Note that if an interview is required it will be held in South Korea. Your passport will also have to be submitted to the VO of South Korea for visa stamping. If you end up leaving South Korea, make sure you still have the ability to re-enter the country in the event you have to attend an interview. If you are called for an interview and can't enter the country where the interview is being held, your application will be canceled/refused.

No - this won't be possible. CIC will not move the interview location.

If there's a chance you will leave South Korea before your application has been fully processed - you should select your home country as your visa office instead.
