I don't know how you can track it, but I only assume the current UTC time by following up on people that gets AOR.

My niece applied for Home Child Care Provider (HCCP) Pilot Gaining experience category for her sister baby but unfortunately her application was a bit late and couldn't get in cut off time and was returned. She received a letter saying that and advise her to re-apply either in 2025 or apply for Home Support Worker program. Can she apply to HSW given that she has mentioned that she will be taking care of her sister baby and can she use the same reason for HSW or HSW program is not for child care?
She cannot apply for HSW to take care of a child. She needs to find an employer looking after a senior/adult with disabilities etc. Pilot ends in June so wait for new instructions.

Do you know if your niece got an application number and presented biometric before receiving the denied letter? Thank you
The letter stated the application number but no biometric was requested.
I know the Pilot ends in June, however the letter stated that and I quote here: "Intake for this category is scheduled to reopen in 2025, which means you may be able to reapply at that time". so I think It will reopen in 2025.
Correct but updated requirements are not yet published. Intake will continue but rules may change.

Hi guys! I'm new here and wanted to ask if it's possible that my lawyer filed my documents on January 9th. (HCCP) I just read forum who submitted documents in 2023 and they write that the program was opened on January 1 and closed 5 hours later on the same day. and my lawyer says that my file is hanging in the portal and does not have any number. Please tell me is this possible or is my lawyer telling me a lie?
My application was returned due to missing documents (Celpip , spouse passport and photos). There's no instructions provided on how to submit the missing documents. I submitted a webform (In Canada, PR application)---> additional documents option. I hope the VO will re consider the missing documents. Anyone else have the same experience as me?

If you received a letter, the decision was made.... Be ready to apply again if they open in 2025. I am in the same position as you. When I realized that I forgot to complete a document I used webform , but I did it the next day Jan 2, 2024. I got AOR and application number and request of biometrics. My status is processing..., so not sure, what will happen at the end.
