GTA Out-of-Status Construction Worker Pilot – Timeline Updates?

I applied under the GTA Out-of-Status Construction Workers Pilot Program. My application done by CLC lawyer and was received by IRCC on October 15, 2024, and I got my AOR on December 17, 2024. Biometrics were done in December, and I haven’t received any updates.
Can help me with any information?

There is no timeline. Falls under H&C which has a very small quota and large backlogs.
