I am 38 years man.. a girl in canada want to sponsor me.. she is canadian by birth , we have no blood relations,, we decide when i will reach there we will be marry.. is that posible??

For her to sponsor you, you must either be married or common law. Common law means that you have lived together for at least one full year.

How long have you known each other and where are you from?

The answers will enable us to help you with your question.

Hmm.. How can I put this?

You would have to get a visitor visa to go to Canada to get married. To get one of these, you would have to show that you have very strong ties back to your home country and that you intend to return there at the end of your visit.
The visa will not be issued to you if the Visa Office thinks you might stay in Canada. Could you prove that you won't, especially as that is exactly what you DO want to do.

Given the length of your relationship and the amount/type of contact that you have had so far, my guess is that a sponsorship application at this time would be seen as a "marriage of convenience" and would be refused, even if you were to marry in Canada. How would you prove to a visa officer that this is not the case?

Please note that I am making NO judgement on your relationship... but then I'm not a visa officer...

she have problem in legs.. if docter giver her certificate which show that she did not travel long to come to pakistan thats why she want to invite me to come to canada so that we both can mary there.....

What about the two questions in my post? Do you have answers for them?

if we get certificate from doctor that she have brolems in legs.. and not able to travel long.. thats why we us not possible that she come to paksitan and we marry here in pakistan... thats why she invite me to come to canda. so that we can mary there.. ..

If you do that - it's pretty much guaranteed the visitor visa will be refused.

See zardoz's post.

Again, see zardoz's post.

To be approved for a tourist visa, you must prove that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans to remain in Canada long term. If you say that you are coming to Canada to get married, CIC will know you want to stay long term and will refuse your visa because you are not a genuine tourist.

what if we both go to another country and get married. and she go to canada.. and file a case for me.. how long the case will take time?
