Congratulation to all who received their visas. I don't know how they process the application, there is no any order, some people wait very short time some very long.
Our application has been approved on March 5th and until now I haven't receive any news from them even I sent them couple emails. They even didn't confirmed if they received medicals. I believed our application was well prepared and nothing was missing but I don't know how it looks according to them. I don't want situation that after 19 months they finally reply and say that they didn't process application because it was incomplete but I know all can happen.
Does anyone have situation like ours that there is completely no news from side of Canadian Embassy.
I have been living in Egypt with my husband since 3 years so I think there should be no doubt if our relation is real as I also sent a lot of picture from wedding and his family.

I said many times for the people here, there is no specific rules or laws for the immigration process !!
you cant be oriented for how this people work !!

anyway i can say the Cairo office working well these days, the issued the vsia for many people here

We received our visa todaaaaaaay!! Alhamdullilah! We are so happy! No interview!!!!! Unbelievable. Subhanallah.

I think it will not be a big problem as well as it issued by the visa office and it stamped at the same passport

But I could be better if she send an inquiry to the embassy

I do not think this should be a problem. Airport staff are aware of these things.
The visa and the confirmation of PR document should suffice to prove the person holding the visa is the right one.

If you have a copy of the receipt, please send it to the embassy.
This would make things faster.

It's faster to scan the receipt and send it via email to the embassy in Cairo

Thanks guys for your response and kind congrats. We sent and email to Cairo and they just responded asking us to resend the passport to change the visa.
