I think it's all about your local office and how fast they process the apps. Mine, it took me 4 months from IP to DM in Calgary. The processing time for the PR renewal i think 3 months these days. I suggest you to wait till July, if you don't hear from IRCC you should start working on your PR...

I think the stamps are enough. Make sure they are translated to English or French if they are not.

Most of officers ask for translation.

I'm a single applicant, it took 6 months to DM. I saw family apps moved faster than mine. In my opinion its all about where your app is and sometimes about the officer's mood

Call them as early as you can. I used to call them at 6am Calgary's time, I never got the message that agents are busy and cant direct your call.

I honestly do not know what is wrong with Apr 12! no one did the test that day and turned to DM, not even from other cities ! Good luck bro.
