OMG Finally

the Cairo office just sent me an email this morning

They asked me 2 photo and told me that the visa ready for issuing

I don't know why they requested the passport and the photos separately

anyway the validity of the visa until June 10th !!!

its too soon, but i will do my best to go out after receiving the Visa ASAP

if they make any delay during the visa issuing , no way i will call them everyday !

Congratulation to u .. I also received one but its way very soon for me april 29 /14 not much room and my wife in gaza and no way out or sending out the passport .. Anyone know if i can ask for extension to longer valid date?? Thanks and congrats to all ppl got visa and i hope other get soon inshalah

I sent the pics this morning by aramex courier
they told me it will arrive after 1 week

I don't know how much it will take to stamp the visa after receiving the pics ? !!

I don't have time !!

My husband applied for a TRV about 10 days ago and we are still waiting for the VAC to get back to us. Is there any chance that he might get rejected? as there is a rumor going around saying that almost 90% of Egyptians are getting rejected now. We are planning on a family vacation in a month.

My husband applied twice for TRV. Once in 2011 before we filed for his PR and once in 2012 after we filed his PR. He was refused both times. TRV's are most likely to be refused as they think the applicant will remain in Canada. Sorry I dont have happier news.

You can try to ask for an extension but it is rarely granted. The date you must land by is when your wife's medical expires. She must land in Canada before this date

but, according to your data, the Cairo office took about 20 days to stamp your visa after receiving the passport !!!

do you think the will do the same with me ? it will be a big problem , i don't have a time for that !!
