He done his medical on 15jun, received his ppr on 2 Feb, submitted on 7 Feb, issued his visa on 15 Feb, validity for visa till 15 may 12

That is different now..He was nowhere near expiration of medicals thats why. Usually they either give you 3 month validity or 1 year from Medical expiration. In dothk, the expiry was near therefore they gave 30 days from PPR. I think yours might be the same.

When can you send the passports then?

So, your family can be here before 10th? If so, then I dont see a problem. I think your passports should reach Detroit before Sep 21.

I think what needs to happen is your passports need to reach there before 21st. Then when you get your passports, you guys land. Once you land you are permanent residents, but for travelling PR Card is required.

Once he/she landed she become an immigrant, difference is not having a PR card at that time. I think its feasible.He/She has to show some documents. There are some good instructions in the CIC website, search for them. If I find it later I will attach them.

But if not landed then can go back home, the return port of entry would be the landing then.

Once you land and then travel you need a PR Card or a travelling document.

hi Sharuu, I did them in advance because I didnt know if I would be in Canada at the time of AOR and medical. nature of my job requires traveling.

i thought maybe 1 year would be enough for processing....hope is still alive but I think its just a false one. :-X

your medicals are also expiring in september? and your file is in process since may, right....pretty similar to me although i am not a buffalo ransferre (at least i think so)

I have recieved a message on Ecase "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision." Should I worry about it? Any comments will be appreciate.
Thanks in advance
