How do you know that your interview was waived? Does interview request come before Medical Request or it can come anytime even after Medical request?

i got a letter from VO dated jan 17 ...

yes interview or interview-waiver has to be before medical request ... or the interview-wiaver letter includes medical instructions (so interview-waiver and medical-request at the same time) as it happened in the case of smallduck

in my case the interview-waiver letter did not include the MR

In my case, the letter did not specify anything I need to do for interview, so I assumed that the interview had been waived. If you're receiving the Med Req, you shouldn't be worry about the interview. Interview notification should have come before Med Req.
I guess danhass were in queue for additional security check or just quota issue. We don't know how strongly it depends on the NOC code, per say jobs .

I had sent case specific inquiry and its almost 3 weeks now.

But i didn't got any reply back, i didn't got any automatic conformation of inquiry.

i got an automatic confirmation of my email within 2 mins of me sending the email..
donot use the tool on cic website but send an email to buffalo-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca (no spaces in email address)

Is it mean NY visa office did not recieve my last 2 E-mail which i sent recently?

So you didn't use case specific inquiry through link on buffalo website.

You did sent direct email from your email account, right.

Please reply so i can also send email directly.

yup i sent a direct email..they have always responded promptly within 2-3 days when i have sent email before.....when i used the tool on cic website, it took them 28 days to reply....

Hi,

I done my medical yesterday before medical request, i get this idea from your this post and call to my doctor, and he said yes off course , why not, a lot of peoples go through medical before request come, if you have a your file number and have a Visa office information, or you go to with your AOR letter whcih VO send you, you can do it before request come. But remember that if your VO is buffalo then you can go through medical before request come. Outside this office very difficult and depend upon your country.

Another new information which i get from doctor that it takes 4 month to complete your medical, becuase now a day procedure is different before that.
