That stuff on the website is just stuff -- there are three things that affect how fast this bill is going to come on-stream, and they are:

1) the legislative process
2) the implementation date chosen by the GG
3) the implementation schedule chosen by CIC

And, none of us have any idea what those will be.

I have already seen that page. There are no commitments to any timetable in there. They say "could".

what will happen to the application if someone sends it if 1095 physical days are not yet passed. for example if only 1085 or 1090 days are passed?

These Cons officials are programmed to worship the party. There is no point arguing with them. One day the inner humanity within them will wake them up.

They can`t see anything else. at the end of day everyone needs job to survive and do whatever boss tell them to do to get a paycheck.
