Look at this stuff, BC Civil Liberties Association's facebook post (https://www.facebook.com/BCCivLib), with pictures (trying to deliver the 26k petition):

We made an appointment and showed up at the right time, but we were stopped from delivering the petition. It seems the government is not interested in listening to Canadians on this issue, but we urge them to reconsider.
We are a nation of equals. We come from all over the planet, but we are equal Canadians. This bill weakens the value of citizenship by making it easier to lose, and creating second class Canadians based on their family origin. More than 26 000 Canadians have called on Minister Chris Alexander to reconsider this bill.
Electronic versions of the petition have now been delivered to Minister Chris Alexander, and the opposition party critics. Additionally, we returned to the Citizenship and Immigration offices a second time, and this time we were able to deliver the hard copy.
