Authorization to return to Canada(ARC) from CHC New Delhi

well we have been in process for almost 15 months and its not over yet..

I know two cases. One was asked for the above papers but another was not. May i know under which removal order your husband was removed.

all failed refugees get the same order. departure becomes deportation.

but different visa offices will ask u for different documents regarding ur case.

not all get departure becomes deportation. But unfortunately ARC is always required for failed refugees even if they leave in required 30 days.
So if some one is a failed refugee and he was removed under departure order, will always need ARC.

there are only 3 types of orders,

exclusion,
departure becomes deportation
and deportation which is essentially the departure becomes deportation order.

unless u are a convicted criminal and will be banned from canada forever, than u will receive strictly a deportation order. not a departure becomes deporation order.

one of the case i know was asked for the same documents and was issued visa within weeks after the applicant submitted them..
