Spousal PR Approved but still waiting for ARC

Hi - After waiting for nearly 22 months my PR through spousal sponsorship has been approved. I got my COPR & my passport stamped recently. Originally I applied for ARC as I overstayed a bit. So my question here is should I wait for an approved ARC letter from IRCC to enter to Canada or since I got my COPR and Passport stamped am I good to travel to Canada? Isn’t ARC is approved in conjunction with my PR approval?

If you receive exclusion order? It must be one year ban. If you crossed one year you don’t need ARC. If you don’t receive any removal order you don’t need an ARC
