Bonus: I called IRCC today and they told me I should only call them after my process passes the average waiting time of 17 months LOL

Honestly, they move so fast with the testing and some are lucky some are waiting. LolMe too

Hopefully this week is good news.
Like many others, I also got a GU on Oct 27 saying "1 new update" but nothing yet. There is hope because of this GU so may be wait for 1 more week?
From my experience (and also what I have seen others report), it updates around 5a eastern time. And also, two days after the actual update. For example, my Background was completed on October 3. However, I only saw it as completed on my tracker on October 5.
I think that is fake ghost update as we all got it, if it was an actual update , that one would reflect the real one which would have occurred on October 25th, as those are 2 days late. That one was probably some system update or some glitch update unfortunately!

I see there is an update about the Citizenship Test on the tracker but dont see any update on the status neither I received any email communication. The date for taking the test is Nov 3 - Nov 23.

Nope, the last update was test completed on October 17th(I did it on October 10th). Since then nothing. I’m afraid it may take longer than expected for lpp to be completed, as my husband did his test on September 6th, updated on September 13th and 7 weeks passed till then and he still doesn’t have LPP completed!
I was finally able to crate tracker for my son today!!! For him everything is blue, LPP in progress, but what shocked me his background is still in progress as well( he is 13, so I’m not sure if kids go through that). I knew you would also be able to create it!! I figured out that this fake update will probably move their files, so we would finally be able to create their accounts!
