Hey there.
My husband and I applied on August 28th as a group applicants. He got his AOR 2 weeks ago, and I am still waiting for it. Is that normal? It looks like on average people get their AOR much faster than that, and I've been waiting for 2 months already
Also I thought group applications are processed together, but look like it's not the case?

The ghost update from the 27th was a real update, probably they pushed everyone's application at once. I am scheduled for oath Nov 16th however no letter yet. Here is my timeline:
Office: Mississauga
Application Date: Aug 15
AOR: Sep 18
Background Verification: Sep 20
Citizenship Test: Oct 3
LPP, Prohibitions & Physical Presence: Oct 18
Oath Ceremony: Nov 16

I believe a lot of people are scheduled for the same day (same zoom call), probably up to or more than 100.
Finally I got an update today. My background check got completed today. They received finger prints on Oct 26 and background got completed the same day. Tracker got updated today Oct 31. Hoping to get test invite soon.
Oath scheduled for November 22.

Just got Test and LPP completed today.
Timeline:
Applied: August 15
Never received official AOR email.
Background completed: Oct 03
Test invite: Oct 14
Test Taken: Oct 26
Test and LPP marked completed on tracker: Oct 31
Everything Completed on Tacker except for oath ceremony (not started).
Hoping to get Oath invite email soon.

How did you know when to create tracker without receiving official AoR email?
I used the tracker when I was following up for my Wife's PR application last year.
So tried my luck to see if it worked for me as well, and It did haha.
Did you receive the oath invitation letter yesterday or today?
Hoping mine follows same timeline as yours.
On Saturday (Oct. 28) I got the email with instructions to download the e-certificate. This morning, I checked the tracker and it says oath is scheduled for Nov. 22. I have not yet received the invite letter via email. Hoping it comes today/tomorrow.
