Lol. Well. I hope our boat arrives safely without issue!

I hope the same for you two.

In my case, my application package was supposed to be delivered yesterday noon. It was held in Memphis, so it arrived in Mississauga early this morning... to then be held there, so as to miss the delivery truck ::) ::) ::)

It should get there tomorrow, which would officially make me an Augustee.

Sent mine in August 20th to Mississauga! Feels like it has been forever!

I know the feeling, lol! did you get added to the spreadsheet already? I see you've only posted once :)

My package was finally delivered this morning! It was signed for by A. Borsha. That means I'm ready to be added to the spreadsheet:

When did you do your medicals? August 9th
When did you receive police clearance? July 5th
When was your application sent? August 28th
When did the CIC receive your application? August 29th
Which VO are you going through? CPP - Ottawa

SO GLORIOUS!

happy for all of you August applicants - almost makes me wish to have filed in August instead of April where it was up to 92 days!!
but that's good news for all of you...

HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

Has anyone whose application was received by Mississauga at the beginning of this month received an AOR?

Hello!

When did you do your medicals? 13 August 2012
When was your application sent? 24 August 2012
When the CIC received your application? 27 August 2012
Which VO are you going through? Singapore

I had not seen Luckyman's warning earlier, so unfortunately we have sent the following outdated forms:
IMM5491 (4-2012 version)
IMM1344 (2-2012 version)
IMM0008 (2-2012 version)

Is there anything I can proactively? I do have a UCI number from my own application a few years ago.

Good luck!

Just wait to hear from Mississauga. Hope and pray. The papers SHOULD be ok because they really need to have a grace period, but as with most things in this process it kind of depends on the visa officer who has your application and how they're feeling that day. I think we're still waiting to hear back from some ppl who are still in the same boat, so hopefully no news is good news.

Thank you!

A side question - my (the sponsor) postal/residential address will change in October. Is there a way to update that with CIC, or do you I have to rely on CanadaPost to forward me any letters?

I don't know! I don't think they can really do anything (as in add or change info) until u have been approved as sponsor and your application has been sent off to its designated visa office.... so hopefully you'll get sponsor approval before u change your address... if not, I guess Canada post will forward it like they normally do... just sucks when you're waiting for something so important!

hi everyone,

i am planning to send our application form and all requirements this September in Mississauga.
but i have a big question,
we've completed already all the requirements and forms.
i'm jobless right now because pregnant, i can't work yet. that won't be a big question right? as long as i will attached a letter telling about my condition? I AM THE SPONSOR anyway.

please help me, what should i do? or what to tell them?
