Hello everyone, I just wanted to ask where I can contact IRCC if I need to ask for the oath-taking instructions. On my tracker, I have been invited to do the oath-taking but haven't received any email from them. The oath-taking is in 6 calendar days. Please help. thanks

Thanks for responding. good to know there are other people in the same boat. Its ridiculous that their email says they may not be able to respond to inquiries within '5' business days but apparently they do not bother to respond at all I guess. the least they can do is respond to status check inquiries if they are unable to process security checks in a reasonable time for whatever reasons. Anyways, I wish you a speedy processing and good luck.

For those who completed there citizenship ceremony. Do we need our PR Card for the ceremony? I lost my PR Card in May 2023. Filed application for replacement no update on that yet.

yes, you do need it for the ceremony. if your card is lost or stolen, the oath letter will have instructions for you. (you will just need to email them the IMM5451 form)

For those who took the oath and selected e-certificate. How long did you have to wait? I took the oath last Thursday and it is Tue today and yet to get it.

Hi,
No update since, what should I do, sit on it or call or email?
As per my initial letter, it says Case Processing Centre - Sydney, how is the timelines for Sydney?
Anyone can guide me on the next steps.


The last update: June 28th(test complete).
Jun 26, 2023: Citizenship test status has been updated to Completed. (Update on application status portal)

Jun 9, 2023: Scheduled for citizenship test between June 09- 29
