You can raise a webform to ask them to amend your application, but in all likelihood they will send it back and you will just have to resubmit your application.

Maybe they think you could unlearn English / French by the time they are done with your application, so need to check it last... Lol
Seems like we are the only one waiting for April, its so disappointing how they did not open online option and as soon as they open it they started processing paper at snail pace and quickly doing online
This isn't exactly accurate. Paper appeared to many to be a lot faster last year and there was a lot of complaint on this forum in the opposite direction because of that. Point is, no one really knows what the heck is going on at IRCC.
I felt the same way when I saw everyone that applied around the same time I did getting AOR, BG complete and even Test invite while I was still waiting for Paper AOR, but luckily I caught up in time to pass most of online applicants still waiting for LPP. I got my BG complete, Test done and LPP complete all in a lil over 2weeks. What I’m trying to say is every case is different, how local offices handle applications are different and general processing time differs. Please hang in there, you will catch up with the online folks soon.
