No, I didn’t send any prepaid envelopes, I just received them in the mail. You’d have to sign for the packages, so if nobody’s home, a delivery notice will be left for pick up at the post office.

This is most definitely skewed by the new portal COPR applicants, who are now getting their cards much faster than folks like us who mailed in! Etobicoke office is the absolute worst!
