Same here! BG completed it on June 13 and got another ghost update on June 15, but didn't receive the test invitation yet.

I’ve not received an AOR or the returned documents.

I think until you get AOR, contacting them by any means won't work including requesting notes.

Until you get AOR or returned application, it’s not advisable to submit another application. Dual application isn’t recommended, it will just cause problems and delay for you

Thanks for your feedback. I am really concerned with the length of time it has taken to even return the document if there is an error with it.
