My application was returned. According to IRCC:
"In your particular circumstance, some or all of the time reported on the Physical Presence Calculator (prior to the Permanent Resident date) could not be confirmed in our records."
What next to me?
So sorry to hear that... I am seeing this reason for the first time.

From the reason seems like your case was accruing stay upto PR for the max of one year and they are not able to verify that time - right?

Sorry to read. To your knowledge did you put down the info correctly? I'd it possible you forgot something? It sounds like they can't verify you were where you said you were.

What was your status before PR? Did you have study or work permit? If you had those then you can claim the one year! If you didn’t have those status then you can’t claim the time (i.e. visitor visa)

Hi @umanitoba, Even the Visitor visas is considered as temporary status. See from "Physical Presence Calculator" .
"*Did you have Canadian temporary resident status (i.e. as a visitor, international student, temporary worker, temporary resident permit holder), and/or were a protected person)"

Hi one of friend is an April applicant, she got her AOR but her husband did not get it? IRCC git their application on 22nd April. They had sent both applications in one envelope. Is this something which is common?

If your friend got the AOR just now she should wait for some time may be few hours may be she can check online after 24 hours. The husbands AOR is sent to email entered on her husband's apllication.

Feel you should send a new application with new physical calculations since you stayed more than 3 years since becoming pr.

With visitor visa things can get more complicated than that, I will suggest having a look at the below thread. @lossada if your problem is due to claiming days as a visitor, I will suggest the below thread. Someone had the same issue and was able to fix it.
