Sorry to read. To your knowledge did you put down the info correctly? I'd it possible you forgot something? It sounds like they can't verify you were where you said you were.

They know where I am, In april 2016 They called my brother to verify if I were with him, also for CENSUS propose.

Better check online both the applications. I applied for 4 of us. Got the AOR within few hours.

Hello! I just received my AOR at 0948 PDT, so so so relieved!

Citizenship Application.
Location: Vancouver.
Physical Presence: 1,165.
Application Sent: 04 Apr 2020.
Application Received (Sydney, NS): 09 Apr 2020.
Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR): 27 Oct 2020.

If someone could update the tracker I'm line 27.

Since they did not start processing it, you should be able to use your old fee. But if you pay a new fee you can ask for refund for old fee. I think you can use the old fee. Any how call the cic and check. When you resend the apllication. For the new application suggest to add the document to prove the entry date with visitor visa and enclose a letter. If they expect you to pay a new fee, they clearly stated it on the letter they attached to your returned documents.

Seems like they have again stopped working on April files for AOR. June has picked up it pace back again

I haven't received an AOR for any of the 3 applications I sent in April. I don't think they've even touched my packet yet.

It's not surprising, wondering why everyone didn't have access to tracking sheet ..
Everytime I see applicant request for updating their details.
When the thread is created , it should mention in the post . Who ever open the thread first thing can be seen will be tracking as well
Still..they can edit the post who created the thread ..it's just AOR stage for everyone
