I can't link our app to my account either, and I used my information(applicant). My question is do I stop getting emails from CiC, if I link my application to Myaccount?

You will get an email notification that your MyCIC account has an update.

After being blocked for 24 hours for trying to link the application to my spouses MyCIC account, I finally succeeded in it today. I followed an advice from shantaveli: Enter 2 as number of persons included in the application (for some reason, the sponsor also counts) and I entered only the passport number with its issue and expiry dates and left the place of birth fields empty.

I still can't link my application to MyCIC account. I already exceeded their limits 3 times, and i tried different combination of my details but it always says "we found no record". Anyone here who have experience the same?

Hi all! I m a new user to this site. My husband is pr holder in canada and he submitted my file in canada on 19 april and now its in new delhi!! I gt mail from ndvo on 29 June!! I have some queries:
1. My medical is done! Should i send ndvo the tracking sheet given by max hospital?
2. I have renewed my PP this month!! Should i inform NDVO?
If i should inform then how? By courier or by using case specific form on their website?

Hey All,

So my husband landed Saturday afternoon at the Queenston Lewiston Bridge (niagara region/Buffalo). We actually crossed into the States in the morning, shopped a little bit and then re-entered Canada.

It was super easy, super smooth. Told the Canadian Border guard that we had been shopping and that my husband had been granted permanent residency and we'd like to have him Land since we are reentering. The border guard was super nice, asked how my husband was already in Canada, and we told him that he was on a work and travel visa. He looked at that for about 30 seconds and then sent us into the office and said that the immigration officer there would land him.

We waited maybe 20 minutes for the officer inside to do his thing. It actually ended up being the same officer that processed his IEC visa so they chatted about that for a second. Then that was it! He congratulated us and told us to go home and celebrate! Very easy, very smooth.

I've had a status update for a few weeks - Decision Made
Was a bit of a delay in getting my ROPR fee reciept submitted, but i recieved confirmation from CIC on that several weeks ago. So my question now is what is the next step? I'm assuming at some point, unless something goes terribly wrong, I'll get a COPD? Is it shipped to me or my sponsor? Also, we have mail forwarding in place, from our NYC address to one in Washington state.

Appreciate any clarification... just a bit confused lol

I'm assuming at some point, unless something goes terribly wrong, I'll get a COPD? Is it shipped to me or my sponsor? Also, we have mail forwarding in place, from our NYC address to one in Washington state.

The COPR will be mailed to the PA.
