Hi ..can anyone please tell me how i can order GCMS notes on my husband's behalf?

He is not here in Canada.Should we fill IMM5744E form?

Notes are requested online. I'm sure someone will post the link. If you haven't received sponsor approval yet, then there is no point ordering notes, as it is assumed your application isn't opened yet and has no notes. The notes will not have any information about the applicant until the application is sent to the visa office. There may/may not be notes until it actually is picked up for processing. It's usually recommended to wait to order notes until the application has been at the visa office for at least a couple of weeks. If you order notes before it's sent to the visa office, the only information provided will most likely be about the sponsor approval portion of the application.

ECAS access issue:
I use Application # or UCI # with my particulars and no problems access eCAS. I tried using UCI # with my wife's particulars, it failed. When I tried Application # with her particulars, it worked.

Most likely because it is your UCI number and you will receive your wifes later.

Well, no update for me.50 days and no SA . eCAS hasn't switched to "inprocess" yet for the PA side.

Hi everyone, been sorta dropping by once in a while, decided to write today, maybe someone can benefit from our info too. These are our dates, you're welcome to add them to the spreadsheet if you wish and I'll try to update when something new happens:

Canadian citizen (naturalized) sponsor (that's me)
Irish applicant, no dependents
common law relationship
medical & police checks and all fees provided with the original application package

Application received Apr 05, 2016 (paper, via FedEx)
AOR email received Apr 28, 2016 (sent to sponsor's email, as listed in the application forms)
SA email received May 16, 2016
Started processing application on May 20, 2016 (on that same day we obtained the applicant's UCI by calling CIC and were able to start tracking - shows 'in progress' since that day)

Notification sent (using online contact form) to London Visa Office, advising that the sponsor is now pregnant - Either April 20 or 21 can't remember exactly; submitted letter from OB confirming I'm under his care and my EDD and last appointment date.

From a different forum, A March 24 applicant (London office) has received COPR May 25. I'm hoping to have their luck with this!

I think we can, but not sure. It's too early to order though, when it's before SA.

I noticed a few May ppl have AOR's. It was stressing me out when I was still waiting for mine lol!

I never got AOR1. I could check eCAS with the IMM 5401 receipt number so I wasn't too worried once I could get into eCAS and see they had our app.

And to answer another question I just received SA on the 25th of May by letter mail.

App recieved by CPC-M March 21.

I have been trying to aacess using application number, UCI ...none of these is working.
I am wondering if I am doing something wrong.
