Are the SA notifications only sent by mail? Or do they notify by email as well?

Yeah, the batches would make sense. Every 2 weeks seems like a good rough estimate, but at least from the spreadsheets it's just that, rough.

based on my reading, some are by email, some by mail. who knows. some even didnt get anything at all.

I am the sponsor, and our application was received on Apr 25. When I check the application status page with my wife's name it says application received, but when I try with my name (the same application number) it does not find any record.

What does this mean?

how do you guys check ur application status, i have been using the uci number that the call agent gave me verbally. is that what u guys use? coz nothing is showing up for me.

No I use the application number that they sent me in the only email that ever sent me acknowledging they received my application.

You can use either number. Just make sure you match the proper name to the numbers. For example my number with my wifes name will not work.

Finally, I can check my Ecas but it's only goes through when I use the applicant information but not with sponsors information.. Worried

just wonderimg, with the estimated times for everything, is it normal days or business working days? Maybe that's where we are panicking and getting it wrong where we're thinking its normal days but its meant to be business days?

I am curious why you would want your gcms notes? Going to Ottawa is a good sign and your application is at least moving along.

My VO is Mississauga, instead of Vienna/Ottawa - gcms note is just to confirm.
