Dear All Seniors and mates
I sent my full application to VISA OFFICE LONDON in late October 2010.
But after waiting 03 months I had not recieved any AOR from London Visa Office. Then I sent them an enquiry asking about London Office File Number so that I may correspondence with them in future. In response they gave told me that "your file has been placed for next stage please have patience and your previous file number is your London Office File Number" and after having same file number i again checked my e-case status it has been changed as "Decision has been made" :-( where as 1 month back it showed "Visa Office has recieved your file"

Please can you guys tell me that an early decision means "REFUSAL" or may be some good news. As it's been just three months and they have taken decision.

Regards...

Hi

Its not a good news, decision made before medicals is a rejection it could be a system error as well but if its not then mostly likely the reason is that you dont meet the minimum points requirement so you failed on the first step, you willl receive a letter in 2 weeks time.

I hope its a system error!

Cheers

I think you have miscalculated your points. If your wife has only 12 years of education with no 1 year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship then you willl get 0 points for it.

A. Spouse or common-law partner's level of education
 Secondary school (high school) diploma or less: 0 points
 A one-year diploma, trade certificate, apprenticeship, or university degree and at least 12 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies: 3 points

Dear Bazigar

Pls note you would be alloted 3 points only when ur wife has 12 yrs of regular study + one year diploma ,certificate etc.

In ur case she is having 12 yrs regular study only.

3 points = 12 yrs regular study + one year of diploma ,certificate etc..

Just to inform everyone that I will update the April thread shortly as many people have reported status changes. I do not update the tracker frequently because our tracker is too long and takes up a lot of space....but now its time for an updated tracker.
