Hi All I received the 2nd AOR from NDVO on the 21st Jan 2011, the letter is dated 20th Dec 2010, The UCI No and the Application No is the same as received in the 1st AOR from CIO.

Time frame mentioned is 8 months.

The E-CAS status is not accessible.

Hi all,

I am new to this forum and just enrolled today only... I got excited to see so many of us are on the same page.
Well I have sent by complete set of documents on 1st May 2010 and online status shows that last update as " Your application was reviewed and we started processing on November 28, 2010.” Can anyone please suggest as what does this status means and also anyone who has got application started procssessing on or after 30th November 2010.

good to see you on the forum - my noc is 4121 as well and we submitted our application to sydney on april 19th 2010. our timeline is: application submitted april 19, 2010
1st aor july 8, 2010
full docs submitted to vo vienna end of october 2010
2nd aor nov 3, 2010
request for additonal docs nov, 2010
additional docs sent to vo vienna dec 23, 2010
we're hoping for a meds request soon!

how long does it take vo moscow to process files? vo vienna states 8 months from date when they receive full docs. acc. to e-cas we've been in process since nov 3rd.

Actually there are no details. Just mentioned the application received date of April 2010.

Dear April Applicants!!

I am thankful to everyone for sharing the feedback, it has helped me a lot in preparing my documents. I have completed the documentation and Reference Letter Formalities. I have a few questions that require your kind input:

1. I have applied before June 26, 2010 and received my AOR in October 2010. Please note that the forms I submitted are in Old Format eg. IMM 0008(01-2009) etc to CIO, Canada. Now, as I have to submit all the documents to London Visa Office. I should fill all the forms again as per the New Forms IMM 0008(04-2010).

2.Please advise me on the process to get Police certificate from Abu Dhabi/ Dubai.

3. Last thing to confirm is that I have sent all my supporting documents like, Passport copies, Employment contracts (both from Pakistan and UAE), Educational documents, My Uncle Passport copy from Canada and his Bills etc all COLOR copies to Pakistan for Noterization.
As Noterization is expensive here in UAE I have sent it all to Pakistan for the Noterization. Notery Publics are found near Legal Courts and Government Buildings and Centers in Pakistan. Any one who can Noterize can Noterize the documents or are their any special people or company for that?

4. As I was going through the forums I thought there was a confusion about Academic Documents to be attested by HEC? UAE employment contract can be noterized in Pakistan? Canadian documents copies can be Noterized in Pakistan too?
