Applying for brother who is married

i am a canadian citizen. i have an elder brother who is married and have two daughters living in Pakistan, is there any sponsorship program in any province in canada, through which i can apply for his immigration.
i am ready to relocate to any province if i have to to get sponsor him to any province.

Looks like you are married. So no, there is no program through which you can sponsor your brother for PR.

He will have to qualify on his own. He may get additional points depending on how he applies (e.g. if he applies through Express Entry, he will get an additional 15 points for having you as a sibling in Canada).

Express Entry isn't province specific. It's a federal program.

He will need a minimum 470 plus points currently to apply for express entry
