I dont believe it, he posted his AOR in a different thread instead, Im wondering why? besides, how come he got an AOR whe he just submitted his file in october..when people from june july august havent received any.

Full eligibility review+ AOR issue by CIC.

Then send application packages to VO (may or may not 2rd AOR issued by VO)

Numbers of month for Med+ PCC request

Afterward Visa issued by VO

Whereabouts shall be the background check stage??? since this stage is the most time consuming phase, the heavier the loads of the records of an applicant, the longer the time to check up on.

Whether shall it be put inclusively under the word of full eligibility review of CIC? (IMO it is highly unlikely that CIC to become a doer)

If CIC took this burden, 33 weeks might not be sufficient time to do all things.

Or else if VO was a bearer for this task, how long would this game go along after 33 weeks? Just pulling the string of speculative thought!

I sent my application on Nov. 15th. Haven't included the old passports copies though.It's nice to join u all here, whereas I wish I had come to know this forum earlier. Wish Luck for everybody in line.

I also forgot to send copy of my old passport and still my BD got encashed on September 10. So I think it wont be a problem. I am planning to send the copy to VO if I ever get approval from CIO.

Will we have to prepare a new PCC if AOR ( & hence transfer of FSW application from CIO to VO) is delayed beyond 6 months( on my PCC 6 months validity is specified)....???

I saw the docs to send in previous post by Indira, which includes travel form for spouse as well. I think i attached it only for me and not fo my spouse and child. Please advise if there is something wrong. or adding her travel document was a must.

Oh no . The travel history for all the family members over 18 is a must for the New Delhi VO. But you may have chances to stay in the game if you hear your BD is en cashed The chances are little, but there is definitely a chance. As we read that for one person, they have asked for a missing application form after en cashing the payment in this thread.

I suggest you keep the travel history ready for your wife(Hope your child is not over 18 8) yet), just in case they ask for it.

Just confirmed with my consultant .. she said the traveldoc for my wife was included and not for my child as she is just 2 years old..

we are already dying with the applications send accurately. Imagine after all the wait we come to know it was a mistake from our side.

Great So, you must be in the game 8) 8). Try to do something and get the BD encashment confirmation from your bank. That's the only official confirmation that the CIO have actually laid their hands on your application and gone through it. And once that's done, you have nothing to do but wait along with the hundreds of fellow forumers :-X :-X :-X

Application sent: 17 Sep
Application received: 23 Sep
BD encashed: 7 Oct
NOC: 1122
VO: New Delhi
PCC: sent indian and US Michigan PCC with the appln package. Got the US FBI one just after sending my appln.
Mayb i'll need to reapply as those wud expire by the time they would be needed
