my guess is right they are working on FEB AOR candidates ... 8) so add 2 -3 months from 2 nd AOR, depending on the papers and case requirement.

anybody got any news from Buffalo??? any status changes??? anything..this is becoming increasingly frustrating.. we have no communication or case progresses from Buffalo till date.wish Canada could introduce some transparency and consistency into the processing at VO Stage. With applicants who have applied months after us at ND/Manila VO getting Visa's it drive me nuts thinking whats holding back Buffalo/London/Kingston VO's.. Sometimes i even start thinking whether applying for canada itself was a good decision or I should have focussed on Aussie immigration which has a very channelized and transparent process

When it eventually came, it was like a flood.

So whatever the reason behind the delays for some people I do not think it is to do with your country of origin/residence else Queencougar's application would have gone "In Process" over a month ago. So therefore I don't think there is discrimination based on country happening here.

Sorry Wayne, but when 80+% of the applicants from within the UK got their MR while 90+% of the applicants from abroad didn't, leave alone the order at which applications were received, I can't think of any reason other than country-based discrimination to explain this situation. It's crystal clear man! Again, nothing here is meant against those who got their applications processed quickly, but all the blame goes to London VO.
Anyway, this is just my opinion.
