@ Queencougar...background checks are same in all the cases..residents or no..no exception in that...only exception is u dont have to show POFBeing AEO case).....
In recent days Applicants with AEO are the hardest hit lots....nearly all files have stopped moving...checking authenticity of employer..and confirmation from HRSDC is taking time..My Opinion ur case will take time....

My understanding is that FSW2 have a separate team at CHC London and would should in theory get looked at faster. However, as you say, then actual process of confirming that the job offer is genuine and that the LMO has been properly approved by HRSDC probably takes time.

What confuses me, though, is that Queencougar's application should be IN PROCESS by now, even if the background checks take longer because they are applying under the FSW2 route.

Of course, we shouldn't rule out the fact that ECAS is not accurately reflecting the status of their application so fingers crossed they may hear something soon. I've heard people getting medical requests when their ECAS still shows RBVO.

I see that the following ND VO applicants got their 2nd AOR long back (Before March 14, 2011 - More than 50 days) but are still stuck at RBVO stage (Without any additional doc request communication).......Just wanted to chk if there has been any change to your application as some of you haven't posted in a while.....

Updated in the Intl tracker. I don't have access to the ND VO tracker so someone with access will do it.....

My timeline is similar to yours and I'm still RBVO.........

Not sure if encashment suggests anything but your application will have to go 'In Process' first to get MR/PPR/RPRF.........

Dear JasonBourne,

While going through this Forum, I have observed that people applied in November 2010, has got the call for medical, where October 2010(like us) are still waiting their ECAS status to become “IN PROCESS”. Any guesses what is the trend/order ND VO is following for sending MR/PPR & why there is such indiscrimination in processing the application?
As you may be aware that 1122 code is included 1st time In NOC & we are not sure whether it will be their next NOC list which shall issued by CIC in June or July 2011.
Does this delay by ND VO is going to hamper our dreams to get in Canada?

Hey,
Among those you mentioned, Satishman and raj chandigarh got a request for additional docs. I dont think they heard from CHC after receiving them.

I am also trying to figure that out (See my previous post).........I was also trying to figure out (based on the tracker data) whether being in NOC 1122 is affecting our applications in anyway but couldn't come out with any definitive conclusion.....60% of the people belong to NOC 1122 in the list that I posted in my previous post (NOC 1122 constituted 50% of the total ND VO applications till Oct. 31, 2010) - but it's a too small sample to make any judgement.

Here's what I just observed - 5 In Process and 4 MR/PPR/RPRF/PCC requests to the Nov applicants - and NOC 1122 got filled in late October !!! - May be they are overlooking NOC 1122 applicants or I think they may be scrutinizing NOC 1122 applications in more detail as that was the most open category (in terms of job duties)......

Oh k......I didn't see any comments in the tracker......

Both are non-NOC 1122 applicants (and I missed that zeddm has AEO) so now NOC 1122 constitutes 75% of the list that posted earlier........

There is no change in my status and am still stuck at RBVO. I am a cat2 applicant. I do not understand the delay in processing of my case.
My wild guess is that our cases are assigned to the same visa officer & He/She is not in the mood to look at our files.

No idea... Bank is not confirming the same...

What I did was .... Spoke to my Personal Banker and convinced her to have a look at the back end processing. It usually takes just about two minutes, dunno why they're so anal about the whole procedure.

Anyway, it gets some clarity, so worth a try.

Blues: Your wife will fill out the form as the APPLICANT and you as the spouse. This way her family information is documented so that they can be sponsored in the future if desired.

I have just realized that we filled that form wrong - we wrote my husband as the applicant (on both forms- for him and for me) ???
Do you think that could be a problem? Maybe thats why we haven't received our PER yet?
Should we send them a new corrected form by fax or what should we do ?
