Nope there is no way to cancel visa......atleast I don't know of any. While ur PP is not stamped, if u get married ....u can still include ur spouse in the appln and all BC and SC alongwith medicals will also happen for ur spouse. It can certainly delay the whole process.

After visa is stamped, he cannot cancel it just to include his spouse appln in it.

Just follow wat babbubhai advised.....as per CIC timelines, it would take 6 months to process spouse visa appln thru sponsorship.

This time he has to sponsor her in family class category. Here he required tax forms as well and tax filed once in a year. Does he need to wait one year to get that papers??

My ex-wife put my file for me and she told me that in family class file processed in three steps. First step is screening of sponsoror and now a days it takes almost 72 days. During these 72 days sponsoror has to stay in Canada. Step two is screening of applicant (spouse in India) and final is stamping.

Am i right?

I agree with ur ex-wife.......its processed exactly as she answered.......

But I don't think u need to wait for 1 yr to sponsor ur spouse......getting a good secure job and building a strong bank balance is enough.

Showing NOA from Canadian revenue agency will strengthen ur case, but u can't get NOA in the first 6 months itself......IO can understand that
