Dear klmy, You have 2 options
1. You can get married and add your spouse before you MR is issued to you!!(once the medical would be issued, applicant can't add family members in process..ie wife or new born baby...they will reject the file and you have to re-apply again)

2. If you got Visa b4 your marriage,then go to Canada and come back to your home after getting PR Card. After that u can get married and sponsor your wife on spouse visa. (don't mentioned on airport about your fiance)

Don't even think/find third option...otherwise u may destroy your dream of Canadian Citizenship!! Baki teri marzi hai mere veer!! Ager Nikah ch der hai te 1st option follow karo, nahi te 2nd!!

My question to all seniors..as wat u have discussed regarding marriage before or after going to canada...so my concern is ...wat that guy was saying that one option is to cancel the visa and then apply with wife...i didnt understand this...it means if we get visa stamped from CHC and after this before going to canada if we get married we have to cancel our visa????

Dear Raj, I'm very happy for u, My suggestion is to meet your mom first and then u can plan to leave!! You never now when u gonna come back..may be after 2-3 years...So take it easy and don't make rush of it..You are Canadian and no one can snatch ur status now..!!

give it some time, AOR isn't that important...Issuing of PER was main thing and Now MR is more important..Good to know that u can see your details on ecas...u are 100% safe!! be positive and pray for good!! cheers

Agreed my dear friend...but u can't claim PR of a country on the bases of fake degree/pcc or any other documents!! Remember CHC take 8-12 months for BC and SC and they are aware about the system in India coz VO belongs to India,they are not Canadian..!! Providing a fake document to CHC is digging a pit for your self..never-ever think about it This can lead to life time or minumum 2 year ban from Canadian Immigration for all category!! Now Choice is yours

Please do not provide any fake document,
Cause in VO checking the document like PCC they ask the department with the number on the police report for the registration in their system if they dont find any registration they might cancel flag the case and will be hold by the IO.if you have submitted all genuine document you will have a good sleep and a time process or else you will be haunted by your deeds,

Dear KLMY,
If you married anybody between the process before your pp visa issued you have to inform to IO cause letter VO might question you about not informing the case cause there is always the evidence of marriage document mentioning the date...so dont make anything complicated its better to hold the marriage ... after landing you can come back to home country and have a marriage then fly to the CANADA and process for spouse PR in the que, In my opinion,

If u get married before visa issuance.....u can still apply for ur spouse........but chances on interview or suspicion on ur file may arise unnecessarily and they may also review ur file more carefully......

I guess that someone u referring is me ..... If u say spouse cannot be added to the appln before visa issuance, refer to the below links:

What needs to be included in the application, if u want to include ur spouse before visa issuance:

· processing fee for your spouse (if accompanying you to Canada)
· notarized birth certificate of your spouse
· copy of your spouse's valid passport
· 3 recent photographs of your spouse according to the specifications
· a notarized "no" criminal activity certificate for your spouse
· a completed application kit with all the requirements
· updated IMM0008 Generic and updated IMM5406 "Additional Family Information" form for yourself.
· a "Certificat de Sélection du Québec" for your spouse ( in his or her name), if you wish to immigrate to the province of Québec (http://www.micc.gouv.qc.ca/fr/index.asp).
