The one from aor we didn't get any UCI in the SA
that's very odd! There should have been one at the top of the pdf letter they sent you for sa! Very weird! But the aor one would be ur spouses info! Make sure you are selecting client ID number when selecting identification type! Then is birthday and dominican for country! I hope this helps!

if you got in with the sponsors info then you're good! The PA'S ecas will be the same, it's just missing the sponsors application info, so if you got into the sponsor ecas then you should be okay, because you can see both the PA'S and sponsors application info

I just received the notes on our file... as of 30 days ago, nothing was started on our file! Only thing mentioned is medical was passed... eligibility, criminality... not started

If you haven't received AOR2 yet its not too surprising that they have not started on your file :( The good news is that there has been nice activity out of the MCVO in the last 2 weeks (3 PPR just today!) , so it is possible that as a december applicant you could be receiving AOR2 which signals the start of actioning your file.

are Dominican applicants even receiving AOR2?
my file was originally in Santo Domingo, I received AOR from them and then a few months later it was transferred to Mexico. I received an email from Mexico at the end of May saying they will contact us within 2 months

Thanks for explaining that. I understand better now.

The date range of applicants in the MCVO spreadsheet that are currently being worked is Aug to Dec 2014. As a Dec. applicant and with that acknowledgement from the MCVO hopefully you will be on their radar again very soon. The sooner the better for us January applicants ;).

Speedy processing!

I sent an enquiry to Mexico about 12 days ago, I had a question and today they replied back saying my application has not been received and that it is still in transit!!

What the heck!!!

They emailed me May 28th saying they now had our application, and also a couple emails after that stating the same thing!

I feel like I read somewhere that the MO has a rule about having to email everyone back within 2 weeks and that often the emails are generic in nature. So perhaps they just sent a replied that is not applicable due to the fact that they haven't officially started your application and cannot tell you that they have. Just a thought especially since you had emails contradicting the information. If I had to guess, they are behind again cause my friend who was suppose to have an interview sometimes in August STILL hasn't been emailed about the specifics. All they told them was that they were going to schedule an interview for August, but didn't know when. Well...its AUGUST and she & her husband haven't heard a thing more.

It really becomes frustrating. My husband is still super optimistic about the timing and him getting her by certain months. At this rate I pretty much feel like by the time he comes, it will be a year plus since we applied. I hope for your sake you hear something this week. Maybe the Canadian officers were enjoying their long weekend??? I don't know. Here's hoping for some news!

Omg! your poor friend!! They have to give them some kind of notice for the interview! That's not fair.

I'm sure they did just send me a generic reply but that just made me mad!! lol

I get that they are bombared with emails daily, but maybe they could be a little more clear and perhaps that would decrease the emails, who knows though.

We are approaching 8 months now, I know I shouldn't complain because I know others have waited much longer than us, but I have officially passed the going crazy mark.

On a side note.. I'm going to Santo Domingo in 15 days!!

I sent an email as well and received the same response today, that my file is still in transit. Just some good news here, I know of a Venezuelan girl, December applicant, that received AOR July 29 and PPR next day! That makes me think that they're actually not sending aors and that they're going through applications. That and the other cases from the Mexican and SD forum that have received PPR in one week. Let's hope for the best! I hope this month they actually start sending responses to all December applicants and start with January already.

Well i'm glad you are going shortly. It helps forget about the waiting. I'm off to see my love in 34 days. We started our countdown. It should be good since we are both going to be taking vacation days and will BOTH be off work. Hooray!! I think we are both looking forward to some much need Rn'R. It should be good as we decided this year we are beach bound and will be staying in Punta Cana for my trip down there. Hooray!!

that sounds like a nice vacation! how long are you going for?

Can I join the countdown excitement of when we get to see our husbands? I'm flying down in 42 days for our anniversary. Like 2worlds1love we will be staying in the hotel for once which doesn't happen very often.
Any suggestions for Punta Cana? We stayed in Dreams La Romana last year but there has been a big jump in price. I'm reluctant to try a new hotel :-[
