Not to the ADR hearing but to the IAD hearing..

i dont know that actually but when my husband took his son to the ADR hearing, the panel has told him that he couldnt let him take the son inside as my husband had not informed them earlier

that's great same thing happened to me after few days medical received then few weeks later ppr hang in there your almost home good luck...

It took about 2 1/2 months until the Pass Port was returned with Visa as they took his Pass Port July 7/14 and he got his back Sept 26/14... May Allah help you out of this soon IN Sha Allah...

I cant believe I missed this post. CONGRATULATIONS MICMAC for being patient and finally after 4 years your husband got the visa.

You applied in September 2010 and I applied in December 2010. I am now officially the longest person waiting on the forums for my wife to get her visa. Passport has been with the embassy since June 2014.

47 Months and still waiting. You gave me alot of hope and courage to remain Patient Micmac. Thank You

How long does an appeal process take, does anyone know. I filed for an appeal on Oct 20 2014 and received and acknowledgement on Oct 23, 2014.
