HI.
I posted many months ago, my wife was denied a family class visa due to the Visa Officer claiming it was a fraudulent marriage. I filed the appeal in March/14. In late Sept I received a letter informing that we are selected for ADR on Oct. 20. I Flew back to Canada for one day for the hearing (I took a job in China to be with my wife), and at the end of the hearing, they decided to allow the appeal.......

Well everyone my ADR is coming up close! I just mailed my things today... As I know it has to be there before 10 days to the schedule hearing. I sent it express so should be there today/tomorrow. I know I cut it close but had to make sure everything was done and translated.

I am praying, crossing my fingers and toes, knocking on wood, whatever else I can to get a positive answer at the hearing! Feeling really anxious and nervous though. :'(

My appeal is being held in Edmonton. The letter I have says to send the documents no later than 10 days before the hearing.

It says "You MUST provide these documents as soon as possible, and they must be received by the IAD and the Minsters Counsel no later than 10 days before the scheduled ADR conference"

The letter I was sent says no later than 10 days before the scheduled hearing. Now I am worried that everyone else is saying 20 days before!!

How I am reading it online is that for a full hearing it must be in 20 days before. I have an ADR. And the letter they sent me says no later than 10 days before the ADR hearing.

dont worry mine was in Vancouver they asked it before 10 days

I checked many of cases after winning the appeal and it was taken around 6 months for many people

do they look at pictures and video or marriage album?
what kind of question they asked on phone to your partner ?is it like personal questions
