To all the people waiting for there appeal ..never ever give up ...my husband and i have a 25 years age difference and we won the appeal we did this all on our own no lawyer or anything else and we won :) my husband will land in YVR airport may 31 :)

Finally my husband got his visa yay he be landing in Canada June 2 2015 we are so exited and happy... :) :) :)

My full hearing took only about 2 hours and the judge took a decision right then and there it was a positive decision ..

Hi all ..my husband received his passport req does he sent a prepaid DHL envelope with his passport?

Our status has been the same Decision made for 3 weeks now does It all ways take that long ???

question to the people that won appeal how long did it take for them to ask for passport ?? my husband sent all his updated papers and med in feb 2015 ..

My full hearing was in Vancouver and took 6 months for a date..

You will get a letter in the mail and then the will ask you for medical checkup and update forms ..
