Yes I did tell them all about this officer and so did my husband ..I brought the capes notes with me so I went true them all with them..

HI.
I posted many months ago, my wife was denied a family class visa due to the Visa Officer claiming it was a fraudulent marriage. I filed the appeal in March/14. In late Sept I received a letter informing that we are selected for ADR on Oct. 20. I Flew back to Canada for one day for the hearing (I took a job in China to be with my wife), and at the end of the hearing, they decided to allow the appeal.......
