from us they requested re-medical and police clearance after we submitted after 7 weeks they requested his passport through e-mail after submitted the passport he was able to pick it up with in 4 days....good luck hang in there...

hey hang in there....it took 4 and half months for them to transfer my husbands file...it's a crazy process but remember your almost done good luck

I totally agree with you milenka...even it is a adr or a full hearing they won't give much care what the visa officer had put in the caips notes...after all you have to address all the concerns what the visa officer has on the notes so like milenka said please collect more and more evidence and...

i have no idea what are you refused under there is nothing to be nervous about...mary is full of shit i had enough with her after my hearing ....but your wish after all.. i worked really hard in my case with my evidence start to end my case is really complicated if i can win i think you can..

yes your are rite..if you fail adr then you have two option go to full hearing or drop it and re-apply...after you win an appeal it depends any where from 5 to 8 months till you get your passport back from the embassy...remember guys this will be the stresseful process please be patient & be...
