hi,Double Rainbow. THANKS for sharing your Experience. here every body has his/her good or bad Experience. One of my friend got Refusal in April,2011.CHC Islamabad said "we did not receive your police report so, here is your refusal. He already sent it to CHC Islamabad. Does CHC Islamabad know how much does it cost to him?? around $4500 for lawyer , six months for ADR & Another 10 months for file transfer, re medical, visa process . I can say worst Immigration system in the World to sponsoring your spouse. Specially in CHC Islamabad Office.

Can anyone tell me, how long does it takes to get hearing date after receiving Blue Book in Vancouver especially. For its been over a month since i have received my Blue Book. I am so depressed coz of this waiting period. Feel like taking some kind of action against this super slow lazy process. Who says Vancouver waiting times are shorter than anywhere else. This waiting time sucks....

I have a question kindly answer me ASAP:

I am new here and I like to know if person filed for an appeal in IAD few weeks back and if they want to withdraw an appeal what would they have to do! do they need to mention reason of withdrawing appeal? Appeal filed through a lawyer.

Please provide me information and details about it, i shall be grateful to you guys.

Hi f C Sorry to read that you wish to withdraw your appeal. I think you must do it in writing, maybe your lawyer can for you? If you are thinking to re appy for sponsorship instead of your appeal, the chances are very high of refusal again as the issues of refusal were not addressed with an appeal if I am not mistaken. Anyone?

hello every one,I'm new in this forum. I get immigration problem and I don't have any immigration lawyer or consultant.My wife get refusal, I file my appeal in Toronto. in April,2013. I get my blue book in july,2013.since 45 days I did not get any news. Is there anyone who can help me ,what is the next step after receiving blue book , how long it will take for ADR or full court hearing in Toronto. any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

It is my understanding that you had to order the notice of appeal and send it within 30 days! Now it is too late to appeal... I did not wait to get the refusal letter. I immediately fill out the notice of appeal with the help of my consultant.

No i need the letter then i can appeal thats what my consultant told me ..the letter then say i have 30 days to appeal..

Hey there, no my consultant also said a formal appeal cant be done without the formal rejection letter....... thats why we went with the "informal appeal" he took all the negative points off the CAIPS notes and built his appeal letter accordingly
